Who we are
Trainer Group Foundation is a registered not-for-profit dedicated to providing support for Australian’s living with a disability, or accessibility requirements, through game changing education programs.
Our signature learning programs have been designed so participants can share experiences, make new friends and build the confidence to be more active in the community.
These programs are offered at no cost. Better yet, we welcome support workers, family members or friends so everyone can join in the fun!
What we do
Trainer Group Foundation has partnered with professional teams and governing bodies so our participants can feel like their favourite players, at their favourite clubs.
Each workshop is facilitated by high profile athletes who have combined experience in professional sport and expertise in the disability space.
The key to our programs are evidence-based teachings, a split indoor/outdoor experience, elite athlete facilitators contributing their personal experiences and fun outdoor activities!
Why we do it
Feeling part of a team gives us a sense of purpose and community. It also allows us to celebrate good times together and provide support during challenging moments.
Our programs are designed to acknowledge the diverse needs of those living with disability, with a personalised approach focussing on those individual needs.
We also acknowledge the significant financial burden weighing on the majority of Australian’s living with disabilities, as well as their families. Our programs are an enjoyable learning experience for our participants, in a safe space, at no cost.
