The Trainer Group Foundation is building the next generation of game changers with their wellbeing program.
The Game Changer Program aims to build confidence in participants, helping them make new friends and leave feeling empowered to contribute their own strengths within their wider community.
Targeted for recent school leavers/adults with disability or accessibility requirements, the five-week program is comprised of two hours face-to-face per week, with one-hour indoor classroom-based learning and one-hour outdoor physical activity.
The first hour focuses on developing soft skills such as mental wellbeing, goal setting and confidence. The second hour is an outdoor session which builds friendships and teamwork through physical activity.
Most of all – it’s about having fun and making friends in an environment that is safe and inclusive for everyone.
Each workshop is up to 20 participants, facilitated by high profile NRLW players at your selected sporting club.
